A short but energetic walk from La Tejita beach to the peak of Montana Roja. Lots of fresh air and great views!

A very good half-day walk with a reasonably strenuous 435 m overall ascent on mostly very stony paths. There are great views, from very different aspects, in each section of the route. This is a highly recommended introduction to walking in the Tamaimo area!Duration: 3.5 hours.

A short and enjoyable return walk along the pretty coast between Playa Paraiso and Callao Salvaje. A good choice for a relaxed Sunday stroll, or when hot weather dictates that a sea breeze is called for.Duration: 2 hours

A fascinating walk through the flower-bedecked and historic mountain village of Vilaflor, also taking a short uphill hike into the surrounding pine forest to see a very special tree, the Pino Enano, and the marvellous views from the rocky outcrop it inhabits.Duration: 2 hours.

A short coastal walk along the rocky coastline between Costa del Silencio and Amarilla Golf with an ascent of Montana Amarilla in the final section.Duration: around 2 hours.

A stiff climb is required to reach the 400+ m high summit of Montana Guaza. Certainly not a stroll in the park, but the rewards for those who stay the distance are spectacular views in all directions, especially towards the hills.Duration: 3 hours (+/-)

An easy walk along part of an historic path connecting La Caleta to Adeje. We also take in La Enramada beach, part of the Costa Adeje promenade and pretty, up-market La Caleta.

This is a relatively easy walk, at just under 4 km, and with less than 200 m overall ascent. It provides a tantalising introduction to the landscapes and views experienced whilst hiking in the Guia de Isora area on the west side of Tenerife.Duration: 2 hours
