A beautiful rural trail running/walking adventure which starts in Harwich Essex and ends in Blaxhall Suffolk. The route follows the coastal estuaries of the Orwell, the Deben, the Butley and the Ore/Alde, traversing peaceful unspoilt countryside that is a haven for local birdlife and wildlife.
