Giggelberg above Durster - Speedhiking

From the car park, walk briefly in the direction of Parcines and turn left before the bridge (Mark. 1 – Speedhiking sign „Bergstation Seilbahn). Now walk uphill next to the target stream until you reach a farm (Winklerhof – Speedhiking signs). Turn left and soon follow the speedhiking signs up through the forest until you reach a farm. Shortly before this, continue uphill to the left until you reach a fork in the road where the two speedhiking trails divide. Continue to the right (green trail) and climb steeply up to the Dursterhof farm. Go past the farm (signposted) and keep left until you reach the forest. At the beginning less steep, at the end very steep, you get up steps to the clearing below the railway and continue to the Giggelberg mountain station. Time required 55 min. – 2 hrs.
