Excellent route with quite a flat terrain and demanding climbs through the beautiful Bogotá savanna.
The trip begins at "Peaje Los Andes", riding through the "Autopista Norte" you enter Bogotá until 85th street, from there it turns off to the east via "La Calera", passing through the "Alto de Patios", the "San Rafael Reservoir" and "Cabaña Alpina", from there turn left again towards Briceño and Zipaquirá and then, turn back through Chía to take the highway that takes you back to Bogotá. It is a demanding route that can be done in either direction and the starting point can be adjusted as well.
It is recommended to do it with a group of cyclists, an obligatory stop in Alto de las Arepas.
Always stay close to your group, with good reflectors, at a safe distance from the cars, and the road is shared with the vehicles in most of the sections.
