A fairly simple route following forestry paths and roads through Kilmun Arboretum, Puck's Glen and Glen Massan into the hills behind Glenkin and down into Ardnadam Chapel, Sandbank.

A fairly straighforward route following paths through Kilmun Arboretum and Puck's Glen (both popular free visitor spots) toward Benmore Gardens.
Cross a main road over to Uig and take bridge over River Massan into Glen Massan. From here follow the (usually quiet, single track road) through Glen Massan toward Sandbank.
Near the end of the road is a turning (signposted Private Road - but this is aimed at cars), which leads you through a well kept estate and out onto forestry tracks heading into the hills behind Glenkin.
This track can be folllowed all the way down to the beginning of Ardnadam Heritage Trail. Here the surface can be muddy, but it's a short walk into Ardnadam Chapel.
