Turn-by-turn directions

The starting point of the Pilgrim tour on the VIA ROMEA is the Fabian and Sebastin church in Sülze. The church building in the back, we turn left and leave the village of Sülze across the roads: "Am Damm", "Hermann-Ehlers-Weg" and then "Am Mühlenbach", direction Eversen.

In Eversen, we pass the "Kirchweg" and then go on the "Dorfstraße", past a pond. Behind the pond, we turn left at the main road and cross the bridge of the "Örtze". Follow the main road to the exit. Here we turn left into the "Feldweg" ("Geilgraben"). This trail takes us through a forest area. Past the settlement "Miele" with a pond, we meet the E1 long-distance trail. We follow this one to the right.

We cross the "Sunderbach" and walk past the ponds at "Wildeck" towards the South. On the left, we can see the training location of the German Armed Forces of Celle-Scheuen. At this practice place, we turn right towards Scheuen. We cross the village of Scheuen and follow the signs of the "Fernwanderweg E1". At the "Heinhof", we turn left to turn right on the next road. In "Tannhof", we cross a railway line and come to "Hehlentor". After another railway crossing, we will take the Bundesstraße B 191. Here we turn right and then turn left again, along the cemetery.

We are still on the E1 and come to the river "Aller". On the right, we see a bridge over the "Allter" that we cross. We reach the town centre of Celle and our destination for the day, the town church.
