VIA ROMEA Bergen - Sülze (10)

Starting point is the St. Lambertikirche at the "Friedensplatz" in Bergen. We go over the "Hauptstraße", continue on the road "Deichend" until we come to a railway line. We cross this one and follow the road "An der Bahn" on the right. At the next intersection, turn left into "Kampweg". Continue straight on to a grove. After the grove turn right, past barrows, on the country road towards Wohlde. We follow the country road to the right and reach Wohlde.

After crossing the traffic lights, keep left and turn into "Marktstraße". At the end of the street, there was once the pilgrimage church of Wohlde. Follow the road "Kapellenweg" to the right and turn left at "Hünenburger Weg". Continue straight ahead over the railway tracks. After walking straight at a crossroads, we walk along a left-hand forest. At the end of the forest, we turn right into a field path (nice avenue). We come to Diesten across the Horstberg.

Here, we cross the railway line and continue towards the town centre. After we have crossed the main road, we continue straight ahead on the right. After the end of the houses, we turn right and walk towards Sülze. Cross the "Am Heidberg" path straight ahead. In a right-bend, we continue straight on the footpath "Krempelstieg". At the main road, we stick to the lleft and reach the town centre of Sülze. Our destination, the Fabian and Sebastian church, is located in the centre of "Am Salinenplatz".
