Distance 79.4 km
A relatively easy going green lane run covering just under 50 miles that's regularly used by East Anglia Off Roaders for it's winter Breakfast Laning Meets. It's largely a non scratchy route with the exception of one or two isolated spots and iron road use is kept to a minimum as much as possible to join the lanes together.
From it's start at the Kilverstone Tesco's in Thetford (perfect for a little breakfast before you head off), the route heads through the following areas:
- Wretham Heath
- Weeting
- Hockwold
- Brandon
- West Stow
- Elvedon
before finishing up at the Elvedon Inn for some refreshments and perhaps a bite to eat.

Equipment
There are no particularly challenging sections along this route, although the Icknield Way Trail can become rutted during winter months through heavy use. Basic equipment for a day out laning is generally more than sufficient for any minor issues that you might find along the way.Reviews
