Good hiking boots protect and relieve the foot and improve surefootedness! When choosing, look for a perfect fit, non-slip tread sole, waterproofness and low weight.
Take enough drinks with you, as there are no refreshment stops nearby. In summer, please don't forget sunscreen and sunscreen, as the steep climb is in an open area, i.e. there are no trees to provide shade.
