Starting from Ruka Circle XC trail, Ruka Top Trail shows some of the most beautiful scenery spots on the top of Ruka Ski Resort. The trail is a mix of paths and gravel roads.

Author’s recommendation

If you wish to skip the uphill section, use Village-2-Valley Gondola to get to the top of Ruka and enjoy the downhill section to Ruka Circle Trail.

Turn-by-turn directions

Follow the Ruka Circle Trail from Juhannuskalliontie crossroads until you reach a path on the right. You will cross Juhannuskalliontie road and follow the gravel road to the top of Ruka. Make a loop at the top and follow the same trail to the crossroad of Juhannuskalliontie road. Then follow the trail along the road all the way to the starting point.
