The almost 6 kilometer loop tour leads from Oetz northwards to Sautens and back again. The asphalt and gravel roads are easy to ride. A cool breeze on the shores of the Alpine brook, fed by glacier water, promises refreshing moments even on hot summer days. In addition, you can follow the shady tree alley along the river.
Anyone who has already experienced the river during the snow melting season in spring can imagine its destructive power. In the past, the rushing mountain river has often flooded and devastated big parts of the valley. Therefore numerous water control structures were built to protect the local residents. Chances are that you can watch kayakers and rafting boats on their wavy adventure.
