The Black Forest East Trail from Pforzheim to Schaffhausen is a long-distance north-south hiking route of around 245 km through the Black Forest that can be completed in twelve daily stages.

1st stage: Pforzheim - Bad Liebenzell (approx. 25 km) . We start the Black Forest East Trail at the Kupferkammer (copper chamber) and hike first through the Würmtal to the Liebeneck ruins and then on via Hamberg and past the Steinegg ruins to Neuhausen.
