This itinerary will take you to discover some characteristic parts of the Asiago Plateau, such as the suggestive Sentiero del Silenzio (Silence Path) which develops close to Rifugio Campomuletto. You will also see the typical alpine pastures of Marcesina with the small rural church of San Lorenzo, situated at the northern end of the plain, and located close to the 1752 milestones which marked the border between the Habsburg Empire and the Republic of Venice.

Getting thereIf you are travelling from Vicenza you can take the A31 Valdastico motorway, exit at Piovene Rocchette, follow the signs for Chiuppano and continue along the SP349 road until Asiago. Enter the SP76 in the direction of Gallio/Foza, continue to Piana di Marcesina until you reach Campomuletto.
If you are travelling from Trento you can take the SS47 Valsugana road, exit at Primolano, follow the signs along the SP76 until Enego. Take Via Monte Lisser that goes up to Piana di Marcesina and continue until Campomuletto.
