Steindalsbreen glacier is reachable from the eastern side of Lyngen Alps.
The glacier is located on road 868 between Oteren and Lyngseidet. Go via this route to “IMA Tursenter” and drive up a minor hill to the big parking area.
From the parking just follow the tractor path into the valley
There is a large parking area on a hill near the trailhead to the valley.
