Safety information
In steep woods, on the tiny, deteriorated path, an absolutely safe step is needed.
On the Swiss Hiking Scale, I would rate the tour difficulty with T4. But I had (start of June) very difficult conditions - below slippery leaves on the trail there was also a lot of up to 2 cm big hail - see one of the pictures!

Turn-by-turn directions
From above Greuth / Rute we follow the easy and well marked path towards the 2 chapels of Kapellenberg. Just some 100 m below the chapels there's an interesting water source (Vodica / Christus Quelle), which has supposedly healing qualities.
From the chapels we continue uphills, carefully following the red marks. At first we keep a bit left, ten we go by a scree field directly up. The path is deteriorated and officially closed. Above in the woods, the marks are easy to follow, but the path is tiny and the forrest slopes get more and more steep. There are many crossings of slopes and we need to be very careful not to slide.
Highrer, the path reaches a panoramic edge, where a nice view towards Drau opens. Then some more crossing of slopes follows and finally the route climbs up directly by a shallow, forrested ravine, gaining the Western ridge. (Don't try to descend by the W ridge, even if at first there's a good path!)
On the W ridge we turn left, follow the marks and a weak path towards the SE. In some 20 minutes we gain the small cross on the forrested summit (no views).
If you don't want to return by the same route, just continue from the summit towards the south. There's also a weak trail, but not marked. Soon it comes out of the forrest and towards the S and E views towards the main ridge of Karawanks open. The trail descends some 100 m and hits a mountain road. Continue by it southwards and then on all crossroads down towards the valley bottom. The road passes the Illich meadow (point E on the map) and then in many boring turns descends to the Suha creek. There turn left and follow the road out of the valley.
By the first houses of Greuth / Rute (point G), we can deter left and try to find the trail directly to the parking place, But also going by the road through the village is nice and only some 15 minutes longer.
