Continuing along the path we will remain on the subject by encountering one of the numerous Austro-Hungarian trenches (Perdonanzestellung) built during the year of the invasion in 1917, when all the hills were a sort of active front from which the Italian front line could be controlled beyond beyond the Piave (Montello area). Getting thereComing from the A27 motorway, take the Vittorio Veneto Sud exit and at the roundabout take the third exit, heading towards Vittorio Veneto center.
