From the forestry Visitor Centre anti-clockwise around the Family Cycle Trail.
The track starts on good Forestry roads before descending more steeply on a muddy path to the old railway track bed.
Turn left and continue until Forestry roads intercept the track bed. For a nice lunch stop turn right downhill.
Cross a bridge and immediately turn left along the far side of the river to an open meadow.
Return to the Visitor Centre by going uphill all the way!
