Park in the Plough's car park. Start is at the entrance to the Fishing pools. Past the pools (aeirial wooden walkways over swamp forrest) up through forrestry land. Across fiels to Sandiway quaries then onto Whitegate Way a disused railway of old. There is a Cafe in the old station at the start. Return to Whitegate and the start up and over fields. Some pathways can be very muddy in inclement weather.
