The definitive guide is Thames Path in the Country by David Sharp and Tony Gowers (Aurum Press 2013). The section plotted here (in reverse) is part of Stage 5 (Oxford to Abingdom) out of of 12. The guidebook section starts in Oxford (excellent railway links) and ends in Abingdon where there are good bus links. By shoosing Radley as the terminus, rather than Abingdon, one can go from railway station to railway station.
