Fairly difficult descent from the summit.
Distance 6.7 km
The first part follows the Pyg track and then branches off down towards Glaslyn. The descent here is very steep in places and the path can be very idistinct! Once down at the lake the path is very obvious and easy to follow although the first mile or so is still quite rocky before the path becomes shingle. It is then a long easy walk back to Pen Y Pas car park.
