From Skelwith Bridge in Great Langdale, southern Lake District, a circular walk beside Elter Water and into Little Langdale. There are good views of the Langdale Pikes along the way. The route then visits ancient Slater Bridge. The bridge is listed building which dates back to the 17the century. The return is via Little Langdale
