A quick walk up to this 416m hill in Rhondda Cynon Taff.
Distance 3.6 km
There is a small car park at the foot of this hill, giving access to a number of paths around a couple of ponds and onto common access land. The footpath leading to the ridgeway is well defined and easy to follow, along with an easy stroll to the trig point.

Turn-by-turn directions
Once you get past the small ponds and stream the start of the path is reasonably steep and on common ground. You then head up to the ridgeway via a public right of way, but cutting across to the trig point you are on private land. So be respectful as you could be challenged by the land owner. The trig point seemed to be reasonably well visited and on the day I walked it the land owner had just cut the grass.
The views are really good from this hill and I got very lucky with some dramatic skies and a good sunset. One of the better hills in RCT and a really good, albeit short, walk.
