Route follows an Old railway towards St Helens then vers off via farmland and back roads to Clockface Country Park. Returning through wooded areas across the M6 then farmland to Bold Heath. Continues towards Rainhill then onto Twyford Lane, down to Norcutts GC. then onto the path/bridleway used on the outward leg back to Lunts Heath road.
