Stage 37 and 38 of the Lancashire Way from the Loyn Bridge, through Over Kellet, Capenwray and Borwick. Circular route uses country roads to return to the start point.

Stages 37 and 38 of the Lancashire Way.
Route starts just outside of Gressingham with parking in a lay-by next to the Loyn bridge. This can be very busy on a nice day - please make sure you park responsibly and avoid blocking farm gates or the road - farm machinery does use this road and needs space to pass.
This part of the route is difficult to follow on the Viewranger Maps - using an OS map is reccommended. Snippets of OS maps that cover the route can be found on the official Lancashire Way website. The official guide on the website provides good instructions which are quoted in waypoints throughout.
To make this route circular, Borwick Road is used to return to the start. Although this is not often busy, traffic does travel very fast on this road so take care.
