Fan Hir Fan Brycheiniog circular.

Starting at the Tafarn Y Garreg pub this route takes you around an amazing ridge passing over Fan Hir 761 meters, Fan Brycheiniog 802 meters, Fan Foel 781 meters., the return route follows the base of the ridge passing Llyn Y Fan Fawr, on the way back to the Tafarn Y Garreg pub for a well deserved drink.

Start point & roadside parking by the side of Tafarn Garreg pub, (there is additional parking in the pub car park they ask a small fee if you don’t eat or drink at the pub), map ref N51° 50’ 26.5 W3° 40’ 20.4  just copy and paste into google maps or click the link below, it will take you straight to the car park.
