Edin's Hall Broch circular, Scottish Borders

A moderate 5.5 mile walk with some lovely features including the River Whiteadder, Edin's Hall Broch & hillside walking, but it includes 2 km of road walking which isn't very inspiring. The walk could be done as a linear, there and back walk if you turn back at the road. The 2nd century BC broch is really worth seeing. 25 meters in diameter with walls averaging 5 meters thick, the walls contain small chambers. If you search images of the broch online you will find images of the site from the air.
