Destination
By road
From the A30. Leave the A30 at the junction with the A3047 (signed Pool, Camborne and Portreath) (This is a complex interchange!)
Head north towards Portreath and Tehidy Country Park (brown sign)
In 0.2 mile continue straight across a mini roundabout.
In 100 yards continue straight across a second mini roundabout signed Tehidy Golf Club. Do NOT take the signed turn to the left for Tehidy Country Park.
In 0.3 mile at T junction turn Right towards Portreath.
In 0.5 mile at T junction turn left on Cott Road signed Portreath 1½ and Tehidy golf Club.
Continue for 1 mile to cross roads. Turn left on B3301 towards Hale.
In 1.2 miles there is an entrance to Tehidy Woods north cliff car park – go straight on.
After a further 0.4 mile turn left onto a track signed Tehidy Country Park Rangers Office. Cattle grid and gate.
Continue between fields for 300 yards until the main track bends right. Go straight on into the woods for 100 yards. Turn left onto the field and park. OS Grid ref at this point is SW6390843489
