Although this route is shown as starting from Gwel-an-Nans Farm camp site, itcan be done just as easily from the Forestry Commission car park. Beware of the steep descent to Ladyvale Bridge (going anti-clockwise) and steep climb up from the Forestry Commission carpark on the bridleway.
