Either a linear ramble out and back or return on the very quiet tarmac road through Dibble Bridge. Park either near the Eskvale pub or in the driveway on the right at the bottom of the hill. Proceed uphill then left onto the bridleway. A smooth surface can be found along the length of the bridleway. The views over Commondale beck, a tributary of the river Esk, make the ramale enjoyable.
