4 by 44 - Segment 42 - Whaligoe to Staxigoe

We are looking to identify and share the most loved geological outcrops on Scotland's East Coast.
Along 44 segments in 2021 and 2022 we will be looking for the geological community to share their views with us as we travel north from the border to John O'Groats. Each segment will focus on a length of the coast (walkable in a day) and identifying the best 4 localities along the segment.
Stunning cliffs, bays, harbours, seals, oil platforms and wind farms. We are loving it in the Devonian Orcadian Basin. Please join us on our journey.
