Sutton Bridge to King's Lynn via Peter Scott Walk, Admiralty Point, Lynn Channel.
Follow the lane down the River Welland to pick up the Peter Scott Walk following the sea bank all the way to Admiralty Point and up the Lynn Channel. Option to cut across to King's Lynn via a small passenger ferry not used on this route.
Peter Scott Walk
A speedy lane walk arrives at the lighthouse guarding the channel up the River Welland. From here the walk is featureless sea bank with very little to see other than a rich but barely identifiable bird life (unless carrying binoculars). The walk up the Lynn Channel to King's Lynn mirrors the channel walk of section 209 and ends with a bridge crossing the river and a brief town centre walk to end the day. There is a short cut over the channel to King's Lynn via a passenger ferry - this route does not use it and does show a small diversion to explore King's Lynn town centre.
