Ardfern to Degnish via Craignish Castle, Meml, Kames Bay, Melfort, Kilchoan Bay.
Road / lane then offroad through the Craignish Estate. Head high bracken clearing to easier track (unmarked on OS map). A816 (very dangerous) and lane to end.
No Marked Trail
Road and lane easy but offroad along an OS marked path proved very difficult as the bracken was very thick and over head height at times, wrapping itself around my legs. When the OS marked path vanished a track appeared and this was easy to follow back to the road. The A816 was an unpleasantly dangerous again and spoilt a reasonable day. The last few miles along the lane were easy with a gradual rolling climb. End of day off grid campsite at the side of the road was a stunning location.
