Mwnt to New Quay via Aberporth, Tresaith, Llangrannog, Cwmtydu.
Lovely well marked rugged path with plenty of ups and downs to Llangrannog. Up and out of village onto a precipitous cliff edge path (Note this was formally closed due to a landslip). Drop into Cwmtydu and up and over again to New Quay.

Another stunning walk with Llangrannog hidden from view till you are almost upon it. The middle earth type path North of Llangrannog is stunning and unlikely to get a decent repair following a landslip. It will probably remain closed due to health and safety reasons for me it would have been a real shame to miss this highlight. Cwmtydu spoilt by a large caravan park and New Quay very popular with summer visitors and dolphin watchers. Another tough day with some very steep ascents and descents - expect over 5,500ft of climb. Distance trimmed below 20 miles to compensate.
