More classic coast path with views of arches, caves and sea etched tunnels at Traeth Bach. Spectacular rock formations at Cemaes Head. Great coast path all the way to Cemaes and then gradual descent to Poppit Sands and the Afon Teifi estuary. Roads and farmland to finish.

Another one in my top twenty as they keep coming in this part of the world. Rugged again with plenty of ascent (over 5,000ft) and another day of classic views and vistas. Highlights at Traeth Bach and Cemaes Head. Gentler around Afon Teifi estuary. Softening end in Ceredigion.
