Gently undulating low cliffs becoming steep with rugged cliff paths and small havens later.
Wales Coast Path
Pembrokeshire Coast Path (International Appalachian Trail)
For me the proper PCP started at Dale and the path just gets better and better. Distant views back over to Devon and Cornwall. Marloe Sands guarded by high cliffs. Eventually turn headland with views across St Brides Bay towards St David's. Ascent totals over 4,000ft and terrain is more typical of coast paths.
