Beach early then low cliff paths leading to waterside tracks around a sheltered Angle Bay to the refinery. Skirt refinery, underneath jetty and power station to end in Pembroke town centre.

Pembrokeshire Coast Path (International Appalachian Trail)
Well marked trail around Freshwater West, West Pill and headland before entering the sheltered inlet of Milford Haven and curving tranquil Angle Bay. Pembroke Oil Refinery looms and plenty of shipping traffic heading in and out. Low hum of pumps, motors and generators. Join streets into downcast Monkton and quaint Pembroke.
