Abbotsbury Swannery to Seatown via Burton Bradstock, West Bay
Mud again I'm afraid and plenty of tough going along a deep shingle beach - just find a rythm and go for it.
SW Coast Path
A short walk at just over 12 miles but progress will not be fast on shingle. A small diversion inland around a small lagoon is very muddy so the choice between mud and shingle is a tough one to make. A small series of climbs up over the cliff beyond Burton Bradstock drop back down into West Bay before lifting up again and dropping off Thorncombe Beacon into Seatown where storm damage was very clearly visible when I visited.
My Rank: **
