Steep and sometimes rugged coast path with numerous climbs and a lovely path through to Lulworth.

South West Coast Path
Only 14 miles long but with hefty ascent - approx 4,000ft in all. The walk through the range is definitely worth doing. It is a stunning path with lovely views across Worbarrow Bay and some steep rolling hils. The path is often quite rugged though the terrain is never truly difficult and this relatively unspoilt part of Dorset is a real gem. This walk is undoubtedly one of my top 20 British coast walks and I was almost disappointed to reach Lulworth and join up with the large number of visitors to Durdle Door. Don't tell everyone!
