This extended, entertaining tour leads to the highest peaks of the Thuringian Forest and rewards athletic hikers with magnificent views.

The almost 30 km long route takes us over numerous peaks, almost all of which are higher than 900 m, and is therefore reserved for more ambitious hikers. But even if the tour seems strenuous, every summit we climb rewards us with a magnificent view. Nature and solitude, flower-filled meadows and ice-cold springs as well as many places to stop for refreshments make this circular hike an unforgettable experience.
