Turn-by-turn directions
From the Eigenthal bus terminus, head along the valley road to Gantersei. At the signpost, head towards Rosenboden, Gumm, Regenflüeli, Studberg. Steep ascent through the forest to the Rosenboden alp. Continue up to the Gumm alp. From the Gumm refuge in the dip, head west, then climb on the right to the cross on the Regenflüeli. Glorious views of the Pilatus and Rigi all the way to the Jura chain. Descent on a stony path back to the Eigenthal valley.
