Park at St. Andrews church. Entrance to woods is just past Azurro restaurant. Look for the sign. Walk along the path and take the Loop Walk (see sign). Continue to the road and cross directly over to the next entrance (Pitts Lane). Go into John Michael's wood and follow path to a cross and turn right. Reaching the road turn left and go through the village of Dunmore East. On reaching the park take the long route around finishing at the church.
