Day 1:
Start at the parking lot at Bökestad.
Hike to Båen lake and camp 5.7 km
Day 2:
Hike to camp 2 at Raslången lake 17.8 km
Day 3:
Hike back to the car at Bökestad 11.2 km
Total 34.8 km
You don't need to cary water as you can get water from the lakes.
The camp sites are not official and therefore they have no shelters or toilets.
