The third stage of the Kust till Kustleden leads from the campsite Östafors through extensive forests to the campsite Bökestad. On this stretch, Skåneleden is identical to Blekingeleden.

Near the campground Östafors ücross the Holjeån river on a narrow but stable wooden bridge and hike üover a forest path first in flat, then in slightly ascending terrain. At one point a fence has to be negotiated, as the path crosses a pasture. Soon a light birch forest replaces the spruce thicket, we cross slightly swampy areas with the help of boardwalks. The Bökestad campground at Raslången Lake, which we reach after a total of just under 10 km, is one of the most beautiful and probably also the most visited campground of the Skåneleden, as it is approached by both the hiking and the canoeing trail.
