Between the ruins of Eversberg Castle and Antfeld Castle, we hike a short distance along the Ruhr Heights Trail.
On this tour, you hike a section of the scenic Ruhr Heights Trail. This is a 240 km long hiking trail from the source of the Ruhr near Winterberg to its mouth in the Lower Rhine near Duisburg. We start in Eversberg and enjoy the views from the keep of the Eversberg castle ruins. Then we walk through woods and meadows over the ridges north of the Ruhr. The destination is the baroque Antfeld Castle. The bus takes us back to the starting point.
