Here is a walk accessible to all, which takes you to meet the local people and their family alpine chalet transformed into a refuge.

A tradition of simple and sincere welcome, benevolent and greedy.
On the way back down, a stop at the Romanesque church of Saint-Pierre d'Extravache is a must. Founded in the 2nd century by two disciples of Saint-Pierre, it is considered to be the first place of Christianity in Savoie. The apse preserves the traces of a fresco from the beginning of the 17th century: a Christ in Majesty surmounting a representation of the apostles.
The view of the Vanoise National Park, the Dent Parrachée (3,697m) and the Vanoise glaciers is superb.
The atmosphere is stress-free, relaxing and off the beaten track in a green and authentic landscape.
