A pleasant route through a lovely valley with the opportunity to stop off for lunch at the delightful Refuge Tindaret. A fair amout of climbing at the begining. An early detour round the lake first is an option.
At Chalet Lens there is the option to return to Lac Plangnes, If not carry on and meet up with the road to Plaine Dranse. Then descend on th lift and take the bus back to Chatel (June to early September)
