A circular 13km hike on Monte Jouf through woodland with amazing panoramic views at the summit (1224m). Paths are relatively well signed with a mixutre of gradual and steep gradients.

Certain paths are shared with mountain bikers. Although infrequent on the ascent, most paths on the descent are clearly used frequently therefore it is important to remain vigilant. 

Certain paths (especially on the decent) can prove quite sheer and the use of walking poles/sturdy branch are recommended to keep a controlled decent.
