From Berghofen through the Burgstall ravine

We walk about five minutes on the dirt road towards the forest. There the wide path through the Burgstall ravine begins. The stony path becomes narrower and leads over bridges and serpentines in a moderate gradient through the forest. The path continues along the Berghofen stream from the ravine and ends at a road that we follow to the right. Follow this road for about five minutes and turn right at the next junction. Here we walk along a short stretch of road between the houses until it leads into a meadow path.  The meadow path leads slightly downhill towards the forest. In the short forest section the old castle ruin Fluhenstein is on the right side. We follow the path until it ends and crosses a road. Follow this road to the right, past a playground. At the next junction we turn right again and follow the road until we reach the starting point again.
