After a train and bus/car transfer, you arrive in Ulvik. Surrounded by mountains and at the nook of the Hardangerfjord, this idyllic location puts you right in heart of fjord country.
Today you'll have a gentle walk starting from the town centre of Ulvik and visiting 3 different cider and fruit farms where you can sample/ or buy different ciders, apples juices and jams.
Between the second and third farms, we recommend walking up to the cabin area of Jonstolen which takes you up a valley for nice views over the town. If you prefer to shorten the walk, you can miss the extension to Jonstolen which is between the 2nd and 3rd farms and just continue round to the 3rd farm before returning to your hotel. This will shorten your walk to approx 4.5km
Safety informationWeather conditions can change quickly - always be prepared and carry appropriate clothing. Please see your information pack for a detailed packing list.
