Gartensalon München, Türkenstr. 90 · 80799 München

As it should be with a real biathlon round, the start and end points are identical. We start at the Gartensalon München in the Türkenstr. 90 80799 Munich (in the Amalien-Passage opposite Butlers). After the first stand has been successfully completed, you continue left into the Türkenstraße. Follow the street until the intersection Schellingstraße. Turn left again. In Schellingstraße you will find the "shooting stands" Schall & Rauch and 55Eleven. After gathering enough strength again, continue to the end of the street (Ludwigstraße) and turn left again. The Cadu can be seen on the right-hand side as an "alternative shooting range". If another shooting range is already occupied or closed, this is a good place to stop.Follow the street to the fountain and turn right into Veterinärstraße until you reach the English Garden (MilchHäusl). Continue along the wider, left-hand path until you see the "X-Brücke" bridge on the right-hand side. Always follow the right fork so you don't have to walk extra meters. Cross the bridge and walk to the Chinese Tower. Continue in the direction of Monopteros, always straight ahead along the Schwabinger Bach, over the bridge, past the playground and the sports field until you reach the kiosk Fräulein Grüneis. Sprints are allowed in between, so that the body stays nice and warm. Without missing a beat, you pass the Eisbach wave and head to the other side of the Eisbach in the direction of the Japanese teahouse Kanshoan.

Before the next bridge comes, turn left, walk to the street and cross it. On the right side you can now see the Prinz-Carl-Palais, on the left side the corresponding fountain.

The route continues past the poet's garden. The Poet´s Garden is like a penalty lap, because you run a loop there. However, this "penalty lap" is definitely worth it. Afterwards again to the exit of the poet garden. Turn right and you can already see the beginning of the Hofgarten. Pass the Dianatempel and walk in the direction of Odeonsplatz.

At Odeonsplatz turn right and follow Ludwigstraße. Then take the left turn into Theresienstraße. As soon as you cross Türkenstraße, turn right until you reach the starting point "Gartensalon" again.
